C & S Commercial Properties is a multi-faceted real estate company located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.  The company was founded by Carolyn Armstrong and Sharlene Williams, the daughters of the late J.P. Riddle, one of North Carolina's most successful developers. 

The company was founded not only to carry on the tradition of their father but to grow the company through the acquisition, development and management of retail, office and residential properties in North and South Carolina.  A majority of the properties in the company portfolio are owned by Carolyn and Sharlene, either jointly or individually. 

The office, located at 238 North McPherson Church Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina, has achieved professional licensing in North and South Carolina.  In house real estate services include: Accounting, Land Use Planning, Lease Administration, Marketing, Construction, Commercial Property Management.
